Universal Contract Law (UCL) is the generally accepted binding principle behind methods of commerce in the [[Post-Sovereign Economic Phase (PSEP)]]. The [[Corporate Coalition]] recognized the need for trust in market deliverables, and the adequate enforcement of such a standard.

In order to operate unencumbered, corporations and individuals alike are expected to treat contracts as binding and undeniable, subject to further negotiation between the applicable parties if change or dissolution is to occur.
