Universal Contract Law (UCL) is the generally accepted binding principle behind methods of commerce in the Post-Sovereign Economic Phase (PSEP). The Corporate Coalition recognized the need for trust in market deliverables, and the adequate enforcement of such a standard.

In order to operate unencumbered, corporations and individuals alike are expected to treat contracts as binding and undeniable, subject to further negotiation between the applicable parties if change or dissolution is to occur.

Hostilities, market exile and even armed conflict are common consequences to unfulfilled obligations outlined in a contract, especially between gigacorps.
