The Generally Accepted Measurement Standards (GAMS) is a crucial corporate coalition agreement that governs the uniformity of measurements, units of measurement, and the standardized shapes and sizes of tangible matter in the Universe. As the planet transitioned into a hypercapitalist society, the necessity for the agreement on a universally recognized system of measurement became paramount to ensure efficiency and consistency in production, trade, and infrastructure development. GAMS was thus established by a coalition of the planet's largest and most powerful gigacorps, acting in unison to standardize measurements across all sectors. This system abolished other previously prominent measurement systems, including the Imperial System of measurement.
