Registration
Team Registration
Team registration for a season opens soon after the new game is announced, both for new teams and returning teams. The registration costs is $150 for the first team and only $100 for additional teams in same school or organization. No limit on the number of team members, so a whole classroom can be a team. Teams can be registered at https://www.robotevents.com/team/program.
One benefit of team registration is the Team Welcome package that includes sample game pieces, license plates and engineering notebooks. Starting in the 2017-18 Season, teams will receive the VEXIQ specific Engineering Notebooks.
Event Registration
VEX IQ Events are listed on RobotEvents.com at https://www.robotevents.com/robot-competitions/vex-iq-challenge. Registered teams can register for listed events they're interested in. Some events require qualification based on performance other events. For example, the VEX World Championships must be qualified from local State and Regional tournaments.
