The Velv MR Generally Accepted Operating Standards (GAOS) of Velv are a set of operating principles for the MegaRegion of Velv. Velv MR is widely agreed to be the most populous, wealthiest, and economically important MegaRegion in all of Vex. VantaCorp owns 186 of Velv MR's 250 districts, enabling it to set its own GAOS for how the MegaRegion should be run.
