City of Velv, Paragus

The City of Velv is the former name of the Eos Collective's capital city, which was also its largest and most important city. The City of Velv was located in the state of Paragus. Shortly before the dissolving of nation-states, the estimated population of the City of Velv peaked at around 425 million inhabitants. The region is now referred to as a MegaRegion after the Corporate Coalition following the Post-Sovereign Economic Phase (PSEP).

The City of Velv was considered the "epicenter of the new world" in the 20th century, largely due to its importance as a trading outpost and the vast sums of deployed capital amidst its business magnate class.

Culture

Velv in the era of nation-states was the intersection of Vex's cultures. The majority of the population was foreign-born.
