The Generally Accepted Concepts (GACs) represent the foundational semantic framework initially established upon by the Corporate Coalition of Vex to maintain a stable, interoperable, and minimally ambiguous knowledge ecosystem across all sectors of society. Adoption of these standards have become an unwritten rule. As Vex entered the Post-Sovereign Economic Phase (PSEP), it became evident that gaps left over by the old world's systems of governance needed to be filled. The GACs emerged as a series of decentralized and adaptive universal agreements to safeguard conceptual integrity, standardize key definitions, and enforce coherence in communication across the hypercapitalist structure.
